MOLED- A structure editor

For a fast and easy definition of substructures for the generator, MOLGEN also comprises a molecule editor. The most important atoms of organic chemistry are pre-defined. Additionally you are free to create your own atoms (consisting of name and valence).

Simple mouse clicks set or move atoms and define bonds. Moreover all unoccupied bonds can be added by hydrogen atoms or free valences.

Several ready-to-use substructures with common functional groups are supplied with your copy of MOLGEN.
